Jessica can offer a guarantee that Northwest Bank has where they will underwrite a buyer prior to finding a home and issue a guaranteed pre-approval.  If then the loan doesn’t close for any reason other than appraisal, property or a change the buyer’s income, debts, etc., they will pay the buyer and seller $1000 each.

This is a full underwrite, so an application can’t be submitted and an approval expected the same day.  All underwriting documentation must be received and it goes to the underwriter so the buyer needs to apply early and expect 5-7 days to get this pre-approval.
